IRIS compliments professional driver training by allowing drivers to come face to face with real world challenges in virtual reality. iMVR is very proud and honoured to be working with Commercial Heavy Equipment Training Ltd. (C.H.E.T.) and Musket Transport Ltd. C.H.E.T.’s curriculum already exceeds the Mandatory Entry-Level Training (MELT) for Ontario and was the first school to introduce IRIS to the Professional Student Drivers.
IRIS immerses professional drivers into a virtual reality-based driving environment in which eye movements are tracked. IRIS’s safety and compliance training results exceed industry expectations. You can select various options including time of day, weather, task, and equipment type to create your individualized learning scenario. Replay each of your sessions to strengthen memory retention and support your driver. IRIS is fully portable, cost effective and very easy to set up. iMVR’s customer service will exceed your expectations.
Features
Our IRIS system is fully portable and easy to set up. IRIS packs into 2 small carry-on cases. Your system will arrive in 2 packages (40”X20”x20” each) with a total weight of 93 lbs. Our one to one training reinforces the simple set-up process and we are always here to support you by accessing our on-line customer support portal or by contacting our customer service team directly.
Enhance professional driver skills leveraging a Virtual Reality environment that includes our unique eye-tracking technology. IRIS’ Eye Tracking technology is designed to track and analyze eye movement focusing on attention, distraction and reaction in our fully immersive VR environment.
Our multi-user capability allows a group of 5 people to interact with the Circle Check module in IRIS. This fully immersive module allows trainers and drivers to share ideas and their practice daily vehicle inspection skills in a safe “hands-on” environment
IRIS tracks and records each session. Augment your training program by replaying each of your IRIS sessions to understand driver behaviours and eye movements in several customizable driving and circle check modules
