Message from President
After spending many years leading our sister company, Fleet-Tax Compliance Services, and speaking to many carriers through our workshops, I had the feeling there was a need for a system to enhance training and share our compliance knowledge.
The vision I had for iMVR is simple, use Virtual Reality to enhance road safety through a fully immersive driving product that is fully customizable, portable, easy to use and quickly creates a positive ROI for your organization.
iMVR dedicates our utmost energy to ensure that you get the results you need. We are focused and determined to enhance driving patterns by revolutionizing the transportation industry through a new way of learning for professional drivers. We have created that new way of learning in our Virtual Reality tool called IRIS.

Vickie deVos, Founder & CEO
Vickie is the President and CEO of Fleet-Tax Services and iMVR Canada, Chairman of the Hamilton Niagara Fleet Safety Council and an Active Board Member of the Women’s Trucking Federation. Vickie has over 30 years of experience in developing the professional transportation industry with emphasis on safety, compliance and enhancing driver skills.
Vickie’s vision is to create a VR tool that will allow professional drivers to develop, repeatedly practice, and become comfortable with various driving techniques throughout their career. This understanding and comfort will create more confident professional drivers that will inherently lead to increased road safety.
iMVR’s VR tool is called IRIS. Unique eye-tracking technology, artificial intelligence, performance tracking and the ability to customize the tool to exceed our customer’s expectations are just some of the many features available to you in IRIS
Randi deVos, Vice-President
Randi was brought up in the Niagara Peninsula working outdoors with heavy equipment. As a young leader in the trucking industry, Randi’s country roots combined with her kind and caring personality drive the iMVR business forward
Randi’s experience at our sister company Fleet-Tax Compliance Services Inc, her attention to detail and knowledge of the transportation industry allow her to anticipate driver/carrier needs and react quickly to ensure those expectations are exceeded by the iMVR team.
